35,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements within an existing mixed use office building. The new space functions as one of eight regional call centers in the United States for the world's largest paper and office supply company. The call center consists of 250 workstations, offices for management, training and conference rooms and a telecommunications hub that links the various call centers.

Scope of Services:
The work included assisting the client with development of a program that supported the various functional needs of the call center. Data was collected and client workshops were conducted during this phase. Full architectural and interior design services were provided through construction. Modular systems furniture layouts were provided and coordinated with electrical and telecommunications requirements.
