Description:
New branch bank and spec retail facility for Farmers & Merchants Bank Corp. The new branch is one project of several in an on-going new building and improvement program implemented by the bank some years ago. In addition to the 10,000 sq. ft. bank branch, the site includes an 8,000 sq. ft. spec retail building.

Scope of Services:
SWA's role was to develop the architectural expression of both buildings as a consultant to the Fernald Design Group who serves as the architect of record. Services included conceptual design based on a previously established site parti. Conceptualization and development of spatial relationships, building profiles and building construction assemblies, including schematic and design development documents.
